Diversity is our strength?

If "Diversity is strength" is not wrong, wouldn't all sports teams WANT strength by diversity, all these decades, even before the job "diversity " push?

Basketball team with tall and short? Football team with heavy and light?

they would want, without diversity quotas, a STRONG team with all ethnicities, "native americans, pacific islanders, south Asian, east Asian, blacks, whites, hispanic, russian, irish, arab" i don't know if any team has enough positions?

Maybe diversity does not cause strength?

Darrrn! I asked THIS in hispanic month but didn't know... because schools and news didn’t respect hispanics to make any fuss! This exposed the FUSS about black month is not about respect minorities! We are so busy BLAMING people now as "descendants of slave owner" INSTEAD of gratitude that whites now, except white democrats are "descendants of slave liberated".

Unity is our strength. Being different just for the sake of being different, speaking different language, having a different culture, traditions and values is what makes us DIFFERENT.

Differences do not promote strength. Unity does. Having the same core principles and values and a unified culture.

Importing 30 different cultures and languages and then throwing them all together weakens the country. It isn't a strength.

Catchy platitudes aren't the same thing as wisdom and truth.

Diversity is a weakness. You get a group that has no cohesion and is forced to be together. It's a globalist plot to remove race and culture. They want their new superior mixed race with no roots that will only worship the global state.

Sports teams don't care about diversity or inclusion, and if they adhered to equity, they would never win a game.

In other words t the one team that would, but uf both teams would, then would barely score ten points in an hour of basketball.

Strength comes from competition. Giving one group an advantage over another group breeds distrust and division. Sports teams are based on competition. If you can do the job, nobody cares what color or nationality you are.
