Nope, I get that all the time from my friends. I'm extremely disciplined and aware of my surroundings. I don't allow anything or anyone to disrupt my daily / weekly routine. My level of discipline seems to really unnerve a lot of people. Then I'll deviate from my routine once in a while at random and they are shocked. Like I'm not capable of it or something. Nope. I'll do it whenever the whim strikes me. There's no particular thought behind it. I just get bored, or stressed and decide to mix it up.

Do I get offended? Nah. They just don't understand my self discipline. I don't understand their lack of it.

I would not feel offended. I would say " My brain freezes when I'm around stupid people and I don't know how to counteract it, so if it appears that I'm autistic, you must have triggered it".
