Do people get offended by what you say or do?

I’m possibly autistic. I’m very quiet and I try not to offend people in real life. But online it seems I can’t say anything without people getting upset at me.

but the thing is… why would I bother expressing myself online if I’d have to put on a fake face and only say what I know everyone wouldn’t find offensive? I find that pointless. I already have to act and keep quiet in real life everyday.

to then go online especially anonymously and have to censor myself? Why? And no I’m not trying to offend people generally. I’m trying to express myself.

You can't go thou life trying to avoid upsetting people particularly online, where everyone is guaranteed to upset someone no matter what they say or don't say.

That is the nature of diversity. In person you will by assimilation or selection ultimately be surrounded by people who are very much likely to be like you in thought.

It is therefore possible to live by rules which everyone is comfortable that can be comfortable.
This is not possible at a larger scale with less frequent contact nor could a civilization survive with soo little diversity.

Therefore you must accept that fact and either restrict yourself to local communities or accept the reality that people will be upset by everything you say.
