The only way illegal immigrants get any free healthcare is from the ER. you can't screen people ability to pay in an ER setting and what else are you supposed to do? Throw then on the sidewalk. If we did have a universal health care system that included illegal immigrants it would be cheaper and less burden on taxes then our current Healthcare insurance system.
