Is the justice system corrupt?

So I've read so much lately about violent criminals getting let out police departments covering up crimes and criminals. For example a man in Indy had damn near 100 arrest still was allowed free and commit more crimes. Kentucky just released a man for stabbing a little boy for "good behavior". I feel like this is only happening because people hate trump that they would rather not uphold the law and just blame it on trump.

as long as a murderer, rapist or arsonist has an "empathetic" backstory, they will be released to become repeat offenders again

That is definitely part of the democrat platform: let violent offenders roam free without punishment and persecute law abiding citizens who are literally only defending themselves against criminals.
Yes, 100%, they are escalating crime in order to suggest that republican leadership leads to increased crime.

Absolutely it is. Especially when bad things happen to women and kids. That's why 80% of rapists never even get to court, and even fewer get meaningful jail sentences. It's why they'll take kids away from parents who are too broke, and throw them into foster homes where they'll still likely be neglected or raped, and cast out once again.

Justice system is arbitrary. Some people get harsh sentences for banalities while some others get ridiculous mild sentences for severe and violent crimes because of resocialization that in 99% of cases doesn't work.
