Yea, for sure. I don’t really have anyone I share everything with. 😅For the most part I’ve always been kind of reserved, I don’t like to worry people either, especially my grandmother, so if they know I’m doing well, I’m happy. I also think people respect that more, you never know what kind of people you run into because I’ve been in work settings where people give others access to their personal lives and I feel like that just makes them vulnerable because they invite judgement and unknown energy, and basically access to your life and that’s unnecessary. If someone needs guidance, they can look for other ways to find that, like through faith, or talking to an elder that’s not super close to them (elders have a lot of good advice). And once you have kids and a family protecting that peace becomes even more important.
Well I guess it depends if it's opening up or just random stuff as well lol
Yea but sometimes it's good to open up, mostly if it's things that can mess with metal health
Yea you are surrounded by dogs because you are a burrito, they protect the burrito 😂
It certainly can be. It can also be ones downfall, if not used just right too. Also on a side note, most wrapped candy is still completely accessible to ants unless it's air-tight. They'll get unwrapped candy first, but they'll come back for that wrapped one next. So I think another lesson can be that many times, we just wrap ourselves in the illusion of power.
Would that not depend on how well it's wrapped tho? Lol
I was a jury member of a self defense case and the only hook was a police testimony at 4 am. He got fuck over even when the police at the time half ass every step of the crime investigation.
You found the bullet? Just swing by police station with it when you are in the neighborhood if you can. No joke it was that bad.
The only reason there was an investigation was because he talked without a lawyer.
Absolutely. It allows people to be their authentic selves. If you truly subscribe to "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear," go ahead and have a conversation with your family with an NSA agent sitting in the corner jotting down his observations. Will you be willing to say whatever you want or will you be afraid of what happens if the agent did not like what you said?

The most powerful organisations are always cloaked in privacy.
The problem is too much privacy invites speculation. Much better to allow a few crumbs to leak out to distract people from what needs to be hidden.
Well you took this in an odd direction 😂
Absolutely, I feel powerful ( high self esteem & self confidence) when I’m in my own private spot… it’s not isolation. It’s refreshing and rejuvenating to recharge. I reclaim my own personal power back !
I’m trying to make it make sense …
Well an important distinction is Privacy can be a tool for Power. Not Privacy is Power.
As it separates the implication that all Privacy is Power which is not the case.
Yes, it is! That's why I like our strict European privacy laws. We do not only have a private expectation, but also an expectation of privacy in public.
People who have real power don't need privacy. They can do whatever they want in public.
Privacy is not power over others. It is self defense. Good question, though.
HELLZ YES. If you don't have a VPN you're a fool asking for the FO of FAFO
Privacy ius freedom...
Kinda, especially personal privacy.
Yes it's needed
Yes, of course it is, I completely agree.
In some countries, violation of privacy is against the law, and I support that.
Yes!
So what was the conclusion, dumb or nah? 😂
