What are your views regarding privacy and data security, especially as more of our personal life is digitally recorded? Does it bother you?

In todays society most of us can't live without our phones and everyone seems to be hooked on one type of social media platform where we leave behind a digital fotprint of what we like, what we want and what we need. Ai assistance live always in the background and gather information and in most countries you need to log-in through an app or social media account leaving digital track.

The EU for instance tries different ways to limit the social medias ability to track its users yet Ai and technology is rapidly being developed that something new comes along to pass laws and regulations. What are your thoughts of it? Scary? Does it bother you?

For me personally, I don't seem to be bothered. When I was stationed in Afghanistan, I made my social media private just as a security precaution but since I've got multiple platforms, multiple accounts and can't literally live without my phone. I feel no matter what laws are passed, todays technology will surpass it and find ways to track your every move and for now its been positive to receive personalised ad, suggestion of events, and what may be of my liking.
