The idea of Fascism is that the rights of the individual should be limited if those rights get int he way of the greater good. If you support the existence of a state, you are a fascist.

Left wingers basically think anyone who isn't communist is a fascist. This started in post ww1 Germany where antifa would beat the crap out of members of all other parties, disrupt theif meetings, intimidate voters on election day and try to deny all political rivals a platform. And of course if their party ever got to power theyd ban all other parties and persecute all religions throwing dissenters into concentration camps, of course communists refer to those as gulags.
