Illegal: Booze and cigarettes!
Drunk drivers kill people and sometimes themselves.
Cigarettes kill people and sometimes those that don't even smoke them!
Legal: Marijuana and public nudity.
I never used grass and have no intention to ever use it but if people are gonna smoke anything it SHOULD be grass!! It has many health benefits, it smells a lot nicer than cigarettes and unlike booze, has never caused an accident while the user was driving.
Loads of other countries have public nudity and everyone in those countries seem to live happy lives! I see NO reason why we, here in the land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE, SHOULDN'T enjoy the same rights!

These are the conditions were first cousin marriages are allowed in the USA.

Arizona: Allowed if both individuals are at least 65 years old, or if one is unable to reproduce.
Illinois: Allowed under the same conditions as Arizona.
Indiana: Allowed under the same conditions as Arizona.
Maine: Allowed if the couple obtains a physician's certificate confirming they have received genetic counseling.
Minnesota: Allowed under the same conditions as Arizona.
Tennessee: Some sources indicate it is allowed under certain conditions, while others list it as generally allowed.
Utah: Allowed under the same conditions as Arizona.
