Actually... Adultery is already illegal... At least in the States it is. The issue is that divorce is so commonplace, that divorce has pretty much taken the place of the penalties for cheating. In Oklahoma where I got divorced, there's a law on the books which specifically states that adultery is a criminal felony and a person found to have committed adultery is to be jailed for up to 5 years and also have a fine of up to $500 per occurrence...

However, nowadays, due to the PC nature of things, the law isn't enforced per se. What IS enforced is the longstanding precedent that if a spouse is found to have committed adultery, that person (who is usually female in Oklahoma) will waive ANY AND ALL privilege to spousal support and alimony that they would have otherwise been entitled.

So in all honesty, I'm not sure why people cheat. There's literally no reason to cheat that is an excusable reason... Like EVER... If you want to go be a hoe or man-whore, get it out of your system before attempting to settle down... Plain and simple...

I'd make it illegal for anymore democrats to move to my state. To be allowed to do so, they would have to disclose their entire voting history since being eligible to vote. If they have never voted, they must agree to have their votes recorded and would be given 6 years as a probationary period. If anything looks like liberal agenda, they would be forced to leave the state. Prices for housing are out of control and locals being bought out of areas they lived for generations because Californians and New Yorkers are buying the land out from under them. If liberal policies worked so well then liberals should have no problem staying in a place that shares policies they voted for. They are fleeing for a reason but bringing their same bullshit to my state. The ONLY exception to this rule would be military veterans since they fought for all Americans in the military, but even in their case they would only be allowed to live in the two cities we already have as liberal safe havens. This would prevent people from using military service as a loophole to get around the spirit of this law.

I would make it illegal to be close minded to understanding other people are allowed to have a opinion other than your own. This is creating a society that is very polarized with one side or the other always wanting to dominate the other.
