Sounds like a trick question.

I think it's very roughly half and half who entered illegally vs overstayed their visa or waiver. Both can be deported.

People who are in the country legally can be deported also. Even green card holders can be deported.

If you had asked earlier, there would be a much higher percentage, but people in a park owned by Canada and the US have been picked up by ICE because they were Canadian, when that park is known for families in the US and Canda to meet easily without border crossing.
