Its likely the chemicals, hormones, micro plastics and other stuff that's in our food and water. Like girls are going through puberty at an earlier age than ever, young boys even the ones that aren't that overweight are developing moobs.

There have always been gay men and lesbian women. In the past they used to get married and in a Hetrosexual marraige have a few kids and maybe have secret homosexual relationships and affairs that no one ever knew about not even their kids. Im not talking about gay men with lesbian women though im sure that happened. Many women would be happy with a gay man in the past as long as he looked after her and no one knew. Husband's may have been ok or pretend ignorance if their wife had a lesbian lover or "friend". Remember it wasn't that long ago that female hysteria was a recognised condition. Basically if your wife was acting crazy or depressed etc you'd send her to the doctor for treatment for female hysteria where her doctor would rub her clit to orgasm or use a dildo like device or vibrator. (No wonder doctors were so popular in the old days with women).

You realize those things were created for infertile cis straight people, right? And they're still the vast majority of people using it. Gay and trans people just also happen to be able to be infertile, may have insurance that partially covers that treatment and be able to afford the rest themself, and are now allowed equal access to those options.

So theoretically, even if everyone who wants those treatments gets them, the maximum amount that would increase the gay and trans population would be balanced out by the increase in cis and straight people's increased population. Especially since most gay people are not trans, and most trans people are not gay, so that's only technically a half-increase for either group.

So really, even if you think gay and trans people becoming more common is bad for some reason, IVF and sperm donation is nothing to worry about. It can't cause that.

No. My argument is that infertility treatments might be creating a more homosexual society. A lesbian would not get pregnant in nature because she is repulsed by men. And vice versa, a gay man would not have offspring cause they aren't sexually attracted to females. But the technology allows both to circumvent nature and produce offspring. That seems like a problem.

Bad news for you: being gay is not really inheritable. Most gay people are born from straight people, and kids of gay people are just as likely to be straight as anyone else.

Sure, it might be a recessive trait that only presents itself in a small part of the population, but if known homosexuals are allowed the ability to reproduce with the help of science, then the only logical outcome is a higher population of gays.
