In some ways it gets harder and in others not so much. It actually gets better in some ways.

If you're single later on in life it gets significantly harder to find a partner.

If you have a family, it can get harder raising children especially in this economy.

Financially, it can be tricky. On the one hand, you should be making enough money to support yourself as you age, but because of debt or rent/bills, it can be a struggle for many to make ends meet.

Physically, it gets surprisingly better both in sex and in health if you know how to properly eat and exercise. And as far as sex goes, as you age, you know what you want and don't want sexually, so it's easier to find a partner that matches you sexually than when you are younger.

You are correct… it is mostly based on how you steer … some is faith.
as one is more positive… the outcome is more positive.
at 31 I had the world in my hands… but it all crumbled… I had to rebuild… and I did… now I have the whole world in my hands again…. Because I have a good attitude towards how to “drive my car”.

When you get older everything is harder. You cannot do aa days work and then go out to party and then get up the next day and do is all over again. You can workout a lot and stay in shape. That will help but there is nothing better than being 25/

That's largely due to the distorted perception younger people have of the entire process. Because we undergo seismic changes between say, age ten and age 25, the general belief is that subsequent lifestyle changes will continue to occur at the same rate, intensity and time span. In reality, most people are roughly the same between their thirties and their sixties.

So I don’t think it’s harder, just physically can’t do some things I could do when I was younger.

No. I think you just become more aware of all the pitfalls as you age. When you're young you generally think yourself invincible.
