The difference is that every other government has managed to overcome this normal obstacle, and this is indeed a normal part of their job, so that they can keep their own government running.

The Republicans and Trump however is so bad at their jobs that they can't do this BASIC pre-requirement for running a government. This is damning evidence for their incompetence.

Obama and his cronies enacted policy that FINED US citizens for not BUYING INSURANCE. Now they’re fighting to give healthcare to illegal immigrants.
Democrats fought to force US citizens to take an experimental vaccine despite inadequate testing. We now know in hindsight that the vaccines were wholly ineffective and still came with dangerous and damaging side effects that people are suffering to this day. And many of those top dems have been shown to have PROFITED from the pushing of those drugs.
