Charlie Kirk has made comments about Martin Luther King before but I have this feeling Martin Luther King will be the one who will continue to hold onto more fame than him in the history books, history lessons or history videos.

Kirk was nothing but an on-line influencer. He was no hero like King. He didn't stand up to the government. I don't know why people are making such a big deal out of him. It seems like some people want to promote his right-wing Christian image.

MLK jr. will absolutely be remembered better because his approach was more diplomatic. Kirk deliberately said inflammatory things to get people thinking and to demonstrate how the often overly emotional response from the left is unproductive and ultimately regressive. In that way, he was somewhere between MLK jr. and Malcolm X. X was intelligent, but crass and very open to violence. MLK jr. acknowledged the effectiveness of violence when it was necessary, but didn’t resort to it as easily or as often as some of his contemporaries. Kirk was openly opposed to violence, but he didn’t beat around the politically correct bushes to appease people who think words are violence. He’ll be remembered more for his true contribution: uncovering the corruption behind the leftist takeover of the public education system, and persuading intelligent, reasonable students and young people to use critical thinking skills to challenge their indoctrination in the education system as it was perverted. That’s the reason he was k*lled. The democrats spent a great deal of time, energy and money indoctrinating vulnerable children of families who didn’t have the option of private skools or home skooling. It was a target rich environment and Kirk took away a lot of potential voters with Turning Point USA and his public appearances. Just like MLK jr., he challenged established power and paid with his life.
