Trending & News That would be hilarious. :-D Trump would probably end up with a heart attack, constantly screaming about "HUSSEIN!!!" at his idiotic redneck rallies.
You'd have to repeal the 22nd Amendment.
They're working on it, but in a very specific way that just happens to exclude Obama. (I'd forgotten about that one.)

without anyone else, then obama would win. i don't think he'd win by a lot. i don't want him or trump. i'm counting on trump trying a 3rd term though. that is what we'd need to start the American revolution 2.0
i wonder when he's going to amend the constitution so barron is his successor? it's coming, but once it does, that's when you know the king is in critical shape.
ok. he could burn it and put his own in its place. that's easier, but he likes to watch the knife go in slowly and gets a lot of glee twisting it when people think it's at its worst. it's more like a hand drill before electricity.
Not even Trump thinks he's running for a third term https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/29/politics/trump-says-clear-no-third-term-intl-hnk
That’s a general support/approval poll though. That’s very different from the legal question of whether or not he can hold office as president again.
Eh. I haven't looked into it much, but pollsters have consistently gotten damn near everything else wrong about Trump, it wouldn't surprise me if they also got that wrong. According to this story (https://www. yahoo. com/news/articles/maddow-blog-trump-approval-rating-135515145. html? guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAE5NYes0v2r6sbQIGtvSezfsNNsOOcJG-dLmNmdak-ax9ZDQ_m-PpVw_MzYq3_4MagIdNMIa8c4L_syoWcX_AfpzokeEWyCgV4qPFlZhmuGz9lpZCbXaWzJpsec6vNZQhZEfXezg5RSuF5iX6WzOLyPTgBSHBOTMF7yuXSW3ilo- ), those polls were conducted by CNN and NYT. That audience base is both extremely limited and swings decidedly Anti-Trump.
Maybe a Fox News poll? Like I said, I really wouldn't know. And frankly, it's not like the numbers at this point tell us much anyhow. The results of this most recent election were very expected and predicted.
Ah, wilful ignorance. No, Fox and even Rasmussen polls have Trump with terrible approval numbers, not the "highest poll numbers that [Trump's] ever had".

It’s not willful 😂 I just have other things going on in life and I don’t give enough of a fuck about what Trump thinks of his polling performance to prioritize looking into it.
The important part of what Trump said is that he knows he can’t run for a third term.
I think that they were going to try to say his first term didn't count because of the level of corruption being used to derail his plans. So I'm not sure how that would work out for Obama if it somehow worked out for trump.
Hopefully we don't need to find out. However I do think 2 terms is too short and an ammendment is necessary. The term limit was picked somewhat arbitrarily.
Honestly, it's going to depend on who Obama and Trump choose as their VP. If Obama chooses someone close to the far left like Tim Waltz, I predict Trump loosing the popular while edging out an electoral college win by a slim margin, if Obama choose someone more moderate leaning like Josh Shapiro, then I predict him winning both the popular vote and electoral college vote.
A bowlful of loose stool should easily whip Trump. If Americans had any critical thinking skills. Clearly not nearly enough do, or are hste filled tRump cultists... your choice.
If he ran again, Obama would win. He won't. He was asked if he could run again, would he, and he said he won't.
Obama is considered the his best rated living president. Just read an article. I won’t mention where Trump was on that list.
Hopefully Obama, though he isn't a Trump-like wannabe dictator.
I don't. I wasn't a big Obama fan, though he's A MILLION TIMES preferable to Agent Orange!!!
Probably Obama would win because almost half the people don't hate him
Yeah but noooo... it's not like that. Only the Orange Maggot can rule for 3 terms.
Trump will be coming off a very successful second term, People are still recovering from Obamas third term.
Prices are up, inflation is up, the East Wing is destroyed, Trump's threatening wars and murdering fishermen, his ICE is destroying communities, terrorising children, using violence against peaceful protesters and other innocent civilians, starving people against the law, claiming that making jokes about him is illegal...
Even Rasmussen gives Trump a Presidential Approval Index rating of -11. And the big difference is that nobody has to be lied to to get that figure, they can see what he's doing every day.
Prices are lower for many items that people generally buy. Gasoline, eggs, meat, and bread have lowered since President Trump was in office. When Biden was president we had an adventure every week at the gas pump. Gas was over 5 bucks a gallon. Now it is almost half that/ It is 2.79
where I live.
President Trump has stopped wars. He will eventually stop the war in Ukraine. Already he has shifted the expense of financing the was from having the US finance it to getting NATO to pick up the tab. He even got NATO to buy the majority of the weapons from US contractors.
His tariff plan has brough in over 200 Billion dollars to the treasury and there has been 17 Trillion dollars in new investments in the United states, most from foreign countries. This will create millions of good jobs. .
ICE is ridding the country of illegal aliens. The majority of Americans voted for this and approve of the job that he is doing. Do not listen to the democrats. They brought in 20 million of these freeloaders because that will be their new voter base. When Trump deports them all , they will never win another election.
History will remember President Trump as the best president since WW2
Inflation is a manageable 2.9 prescent but Trump is working to make it even lower.
The east Wing is having a long overdue makeover. It will be a world class facility when it is finished.
I guess people don't buy beef any more because it's up 7% over the last year. Gas is at about the same price as a year ago.
Tariffs are taxes collected by the US government from US businesses when they import goods. The money is coming from US companies and US consumers.
"The Trump tariffs amount to an average tax increase per US household of $1,200 in 2025 and $1,600 in 2026." taxfoundation.org/.../
I feel like a laugh: name the "7" (8? 9?) wars that Trump has stopped.
"The majority of Americans voted for this and approve of the job that he is doing."
No, they don't! Again, even Rasmussen says Trump's underwater by double digits.
And illegal aliens DO NOT VOTE.
How are Americans paying for tariffs when inflation is steady at between 2.5 and 3 %? In most cases the exporter or the retailer absorbs most of the tariff. In most cases if retailers try to raise prices, buyers will go elsewhere. walmart learned that the hard way. They said they would simply tack on the tariff to the price of the goods. Target said that they are not raising prices. Guess which store took a beating?
"The annual inflation rate in the US rose to 3% in September 2025, the highest since January, from 2.9% in August" tradingeconomics.com/united-states/inflation-cpi
Obama of course, Who, while not perfect, at least has a functioning brain and some morals. Things that Trump is lacking.
Obama already had his third term trough biden and we know how that went.
It's weird that you think Obama is going to run for President from Kenya...
Obama would smoke him but that's not going to happen. Congress is not going to repeal the 22nd amendment, it's not up to Trump. That's not how the United States government works, smart guy.
Since the constitution blocks this from happening, this is a stupid question and is typical European thinking.
Trump can't, but he can be VP. Or maybe in the Supreme Court.
@Sal_Monella
He's already dismissed the notion as being to "cute"
He has to have a law degree and be a licensed attorney to be a judge. He’d get laughed at in law school
@blackeagle007 I know you can show me that in the Constitution. Point of fact 18 justices in the past went to law school but did not receive a degree and 47 had their legal training without law school at all.
To be a judge in any level you have to have those credentials. An attorney can’t practice law without a license
@blackeagle007 Changing the subject, are we?
How? You’re saying he’s gonna be Supreme Court judge. I’m saying he can’t without credentials
@blackeagle007 judges don't practice law. They moderate and examine evidence.
Yea they do. Notice all were attorneys before they got elected to be judges. While Supreme Court is appointed, they still have to have credentials. Why would you want someone on the bench who’s never been to law school? That’s crazy
@blackeagle007
A judge needs to be a licensed attorney who has typically completed a law degree, passed the bar exam, and gained several years of legal experience. While specific requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction and court level, some positions may not require a law degree. Other general qualifications include good communication, analytical skills, and residency in the area they serve.
Educational and professional requirements
Bachelor's degree: A four-year undergraduate degree is the first step, though the major can vary widely (e. g., criminal justice, political science, or philosophy).
Law degree: A Juris Doctor (J. D.) degree from a law school is a standard requirement.
Bar exam: Passing the state's bar exam is necessary to become a licensed attorney.
Legal experience: Most judgeships require a minimum number of years of experience as a practicing lawyer, which can range from a few years to ten or more, depending on the specific court.
Other qualifications
Residency: Many positions require the judge to be a resident of the state or local area where they will serve.
Citizenship: Citizenship is a fundamental requirement for most judicial roles.
Age: Some jurisdictions set a minimum age for judgeships.
Skills: Beyond formal qualifications, successful judges possess critical skills like strong listening and communication, the ability to analyze large amounts of information, and a knack for making evidence-based decisions.
Exceptions to the rule
No legal experience: Some states have positions, such as magisterial district judges, where prior legal experience or passing the bar exam is not required.
No formal federal requirements: The U. S. Constitution does not specify formal qualifications for federal judges, though extensive legal experience is an expectation for confirmation.
You're both correct... now STFU
@Ariesman81 I’m always right. Time to call out those Supreme Court judges now
@blackeagle007
Yeah, well dumbass, you just agreed with a judge who doesn't have a law degree. @Sal_Monella wins.
@Ariesman81 shut ur mouth trump scum You do have to have a law degree to be judge. I know more than you do
Obama, no contest.
Potentially too close to call
Trump.
