How would Batman handle undocumented immigrants?

Question

Gotham City is being overrun with illegal aliens. They are costing citizens billions of dollars in welfare benefits, are killing citizens driving unregistered and uninsured vehicles, selling fentanyl to school kids, clogging up Emergency Rooms and straining city resources that were meant for citizens.

Batman wants a safe Gotham City for the citizens. What do you think he would do to fix the problem?

@exitseven He would close the open border (s), and get Robin and a crew to round up all of the criminals first, and then the 'Leaches" that bleed the cities and states of taxpayer money. Damn the protests, (like the torpedoes) full speed ahead.

We know why the Democrats did what they did. They wanted to solidify the Democratic Party in place for the next hundred years by importing more Democrats. What a nightmare.

Batman would work with Commissioner Gordon to establish and lead a special police unit to locate illegal aliens and turn them over to ICE. The unit would be funded by the wealthy philanthropist Bruce Wayne.

He would capture and send to prison the 60 dreaded illegal criminals and then set up a program to let the other millions of illegals who are working, paying taxes, have families a choice of going back to their home country or begin a program so they can become an American citizen which many had tried to do but understaffing and red tape on our part made it almost impossible.
Then set up a tribunal to arrest and punish all the phony thugs impersonating ICE agents by deporting them to Venezuela for the fine prison awaiting there arrival. The heads of ICE would be tried for treason against American citizens for the many illegally arrested with their catch and release program and after found guilty would be hung in Washington public square.

Nothing much, if you knew anything about Batman ya'd know he's terrible at fixing anything. There's a reason Gotham city is famously crime ridden and no matter his presence it remains that way, Batman in reality is insane because he's the definition of doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.
