That highly depends on how future develops, for now there is no need therefore I only imagine a criminal doing this. Though in a future ways to use your face for criminal intent could become possible... I mean it already is catfishing, Stolen ID but way more effective.

On the other hand more protective measures can be enforced but it really depends.
