What is your stance on mask wearing?

I wear my face covering every time I leave my house

I wear it in indoor public places but not outside

I wear it but often have my nose out

I don't bother wearing one normally

I wear it here in South Korea because I have to, but masks do very little to actually stop COVID and being forced to wear one is draconian. They literally only help in keeping you from touching your mouth or nose (not even the eyes) as COVID would be transmitted from your fingers to those places. That's why washing your hands is more important than wearing some stupid mask you got from Rite Aid or CVS for a few bucks. COVID isn't an airborne pathogen, so masks don't do crap in that regard. I'm unsure if sneezing can transmit it either, but it's rare people are sneezing are spreading COVID that way.

In other words, masks are mostly useless. But I still wear one every day anyway because as a teacher, I have to be extra cautious, and we also have to, along with checking our temperature.

I mean you could be too cool for it and wind up maimed or dead but hey free will and all that jazz.

In fact not wearing a mask is probably worse because your putting others at risk too.
