Im a yes and no person.

Proud, no we are a spoiled corrupt country, incredibly sick, a hazard to children and possibly the world. we need to make changes, we need Gen Z to stand up and start making them.

It will be nearly impossible because $ controls the marketing which controls the minds. With AI, we are totally screwed.

I wonder how many people will take up the vigilante route and try to take out the AI systems in the future... rebels... just like in Star Wars, trying to save the world from the mind control evil forces.

Nope we went vastly downhill after ruining The British Empire, we should've reigned all the land establishing control of America for ourselves and leaving Russia to last as they'd be the most tricky to overwhelm.

But alas we were weak, stumbled and gave back our taken land to now letting them invade us and our country will become Islamic state ran within 10-20 years at this rate. The Irish will stay more resilient so may go to Ireland.

Maybe if you support Islam? But it's becoming increasingly hostile to anyone who doesn't especially any Jewish or Women over here. I mean look up Jihad Al-Shamie who committed a recent attack? Who was already on bail for suspicion of rape.
Then look up how they're dictate laws to make people not allowed to say anything bad about Islam though it suppresses women's rights and hurts them to ruins most of the middle east? There's a reason they even flee to come here in the first place?
But then the problem is they get here wanting to make us like what they ran from ironically.
It makes no sense.

Would be fine if they came over because they're denouncing it but they don't and in turn it runs our way of living.
And I would say the same if it was the opposite if I lived in Islamic country and liked it for that I wouldn't want Christians or Jews to come over causing problems not getting along in our culture and most importantly committing crime.

She was beyond that great person; she gave women the right to vote and be elected, ensured our country valued women, saved our nation, and much more. In other words, everything I have achieved and will achieve is thanks to Atatürk. Turkey gave women the right to vote and be elected earlier than many countries.

Atatürk was great. Erdogan is a would-be dictator. You also have the Armenian genocide to answer for. The US has the dispossession and slaughter of the indigenous people. Most European nations were brutal to Africans, Americans, and Asians. No country is innocent.

Ataturk is a bit old now though he did do good stuff.

I am quite proud of mine. The Australian nation was forged on the sporting field. In particular we beat England at cricket in 1877. Much more civilized than having a war of rebellion. And we get to replay it every two years - how cool is that.

It is almost at the 150th anniversary of Aussies thrashing the Poms.

I'm assuming the Ataturk reference means you are from Turkey. ANZAC is a solemn remembrance everywhere from cities to little country towns and marks the landing on Gallipoli. Many celebrate at Gallipoli itself.

Ataturk and Turkish people are remembered as honorable foes. I think Ataturk's message to Australia mothers was very significant in that. It is almost not ANZAC day if it is not mentioned.
