I was at a club with my friends I was 17. But we always never got ID. One night there was an older lady in there with her friends we chatted danced and I ended up going home with her. We started seeing each other every night or every other night

One day I went to her house and knocked on the door when she answered her eye was black and blue. I said what happened she said her husband hit her. I said your married ? She told me yes but separated i said you never told me. She explained everything to me and then told me the reason why he hit her was because he found out she was seeing someone... and she said no. But then she told me he has had many girl friends while they were married. I told her I should stop seeing her she said no I want you in my life that she had never meant anyone like me before
But I didn't want her to be hit any more. There was a time before the time she got hit that I felt something was wrong and something had happen to her.
I asked her and she told me yes

He owned a good business and had lots of money and was well known around town

I was 17. And wanted to go beat him up she ask me not to
Maybe 2 months went by and she told me they were going to try to get back together
I told her ok I understand but if he hit her again she had to tell me. But I never seen her again
