Do the cops work a skeleton crew on the holidays?

I saw two cops on my 100 mile drive today and they always advertise the whole we will be out in force this Thanksgiving. That's a bunch of bs. Any other day of the year id see at least 10 cops on the side of the road looking for speeders

My brother and best friends are cops. If you live in a blue state or city the cops are a skeleton crew for the last 4 years and counting. Half of the police quit because liberals made their Jobs impossible and Derek Chovins imprisonment for doing his job made being a cop retarded. If you live in a Red State yeah your going to run into cops everywhere.

You can't make it 4 miles to the grocery store in my area without seeing at least 5 of them on any other day.

Then again in my home town, you dont really see them out until the evening time. They just go out on a call, then its right back to the police station

Cops work 7 days a week , holiday or not. My grandmother used to hold up Christmas dinner until mu uncle who was a cop showed up.

They're likely concealed in really hard to see areas where they can pounce upon miscreants.
