I notice over 98% of them do not have public profiles, or have locked their profiles so people outside their contact list cannot message them or send them conversation requests.

I think its because I have provided multiple pieces of evidence that the things they said about about me were lies, and they are afraid of the consequences that come with telling and repeating disgusting lies about innocent people who did not do even 0.1% of the horrible things you accused them of doing or said they did.

99.9% of these people believed the lies they told about me and did not know the gossip they were sharing about me was lies, but now they are afraid they will face horrible consequences for saying disgusting and outrageous things about me that are not even 1% resembling the truth in any way at all.

Quilt or not I would not be able to say, but I do think they are now protecting themselves, many have learned this the hard way. My partner would for instance change his social platform out of his own concern that it proberbly looked more as if he was single or not in a serious commitment with me, but I could not care less by then as I do not view it as my real world, if that make any sense, but it has been important to him, especially after I got a trust issue about something else entirely. I still can't care less about it because I do trust he'll always behave right. But yeah, that is why I think people on social platforms change, adjust, protect their image, who gets through or not. How much bullies grow or not to feel quilt I can't say, but for what it's worth I'm sorry you've been bullied.
