Should the constitution be amended to allow for whiny Brits and Germans to vote in American elections?

I'm not talking about most issues, I'm talking about the real big issues that affect the entire world. You have no idea how much the Big Beautiful Ballroom affects the mental health of whiny Brits and Germans. I remember when Trump built the wall between the US and Mexico. I can still hear the whiny Brits and Germans crying about how much that affected them. Just the cost alone was too much for them. Some of the worst off have since moved to Ireland to join Rosie O'Donnell's support group.

If specific policies are effecting them, sure. Not in OUR elections, but they can vote on foreign policy issues with the US that THEIR leaders propose.
For example. If the US wants to oust the Iranian leader, I think that's something the Iranian people should have a say in

The Constitution is and should be limited to American citizens to vote. And would also support green card holders in voting in local, but not National, elections.
