"Who's going to stop you?" - the root of Trump's power?

We all know “Just say it was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen,” from Trump on Dec. 27, 2020.

Now we have audio of Trump trying to get the GA House Speaker to recall the legislature to overturn the election results despite clearly knowing there wasn't any way he'd won.

Then, of course, there was the impeachment phone call, foreshadowed by another: "Giuliani repeatedly told Yermak that Zelensky should publicly announce investigations into possible corruption by Biden in Ukraine, and into claims that Ukraine meddled in the 2016 election to hurt Trump. (These separate claims are both untrue.) "

And the East Wing.

"“They had a meeting and they said, ‘Listen, it really would be much cheaper and faster just to tear down the East Wing,’” Wolff said, citing a source familiar with the matter.

“[Trump] said—this was given to me as a quote—he said, ‘F---. But can we do the demolition at night?,’“ Wolff told co-host Joanna Coles."

I think most people have come across people whose creed is "how much can I get away with", they're not generally liked.
