Why do Americans value a dog's life more important than a man's life?

Or just in general I have noticed how many Americans value animals lives more important than a man's life. Like men have such low value in American society.

some of it is the laws and the hazards of dealing with humans. people will save animals. the higher level animals are more dangerous and the laws protect them. I've encountered this problem and thought through it, have you?

If you wante to save a stray pet you could, it's a minor project.

saving a homeless human is a big problem and risk. you have space on your dining floor for her to sleep in a sleeping bag, that very kind of you. and you have extra food, that help her out.

but then she says she's pregnant, or she accuses you of assaulting her and she calls the police. In some of these whacko socialiasit cdemocratic controlled nut job places... the police would throw you out of your house or apt in handcuffs til it goes before a judge. by then she's trashed your place and stolen your stuff. It becomes your problem. If she really is preganant, you cannot evict her... eventhough there is no contract. you can't hurt her either.

those are not problems you face with a dog or cat.

Because the system is screwed up and humans are so messed up... it's a risk. the humans are fixable, with enough structure and power. But the govt has taken away the power to deal with them sufficiently and made it a big risk.

A pet is property as much as any property like a home. People have a right to protect there property against other people. There is also a material assessment of said property.

So its not you as a man vs a pet. Its you as a working class proletariat vs bourgeoisie property.

The perception isn't exclusively American. You'll find many Europeans (British and German in particular) value and care for their pets as family members. My pets are family members. There are likewise many Americans who neglect and abuse dogs and other pets.

I wouldn't say I value the lives of animals more, but I trust them more. You can trust an animal to be exactly what it is. Even a bear. You know to be wary of a bear. You can't trust people to be anything. They will change up on you in a heartbeat.

I mean you can say that about animals too especially dogs. You hear pitbulls killing the babies in their household on the news every time out of nowhere.

They are classified as a dangerous breed for a reason. We are aware. Some people just don't heed the warning.

Animals are better than people. They are never malicious. People are malicious. Animals are somewhat predictable when you study them. Study people all you want, they are devious and clever. They will attempt to fool you deliberately to their own advantage.
