Luckily, they are in front of a judge who seems fair and who will uphold the law when the government keeps breaking. The only troublemaker in this is the government.

Cousin Kilmar was arrested for beating his wife and is being charged with human trafficking. He will have is day in court and then adios.

It's not true that other than the immigration issue, he has never broken the law that we know about. You keep forgetting that and keep accusing him of things that he clearly did not do. That is unreasonable and unfair. It is this sort of treatment of non-white people that you engage in, and others engage in, that causes those same people to take revenge on all of us.

You can charge people with whatever you like if you are a cop or a district attorney.. Charges mean nothing. Proof means everything. Nothing's been proven against him. Stop trying to convict people of things that have not been proven.

There is ample proof during a traffic stop. Some lazy cop let him go but they have him on bodycam as clear as day. You can even see the look of amazement on his face e when the cop let him go.

Surprising, the US is so desperate to avoid the trial next month. It's almost like they know he's innocent.

Well they initially went ahead and just rocked out on him thinking they could get away with it and they didn't expect to get caught. When they did get caught instead of being decent people and admitting that they made a mistake, they doubled down and tried to make it even worse for him. Unfortunately for them he fought back with the assistance of others who helped him fight back. Now the government is in a world of hurt with this case and every time they tried to extricate themselves they make it worse. They should just apologize to him, pay him damages and allow him to stay here. I don't think he really wants to stay here as it turns out and would probably like to go to Costa Rica of Costa Rica will have him. I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to stay here either if I were him.

It is not like an initial order of deportation cannot be superseded and nullified by a subsequent Court judgment, which is exactly what happened in this case, you love court orders that support your position and then you think that subsequent orders which nullify your position somehow don't count. That's not the way any of this works and I wish you would realize that.
