Human "trafficking"? LOL He's charged with illegally transporting undocumented workers and conspiracy to bring them into the country. It was based on a traffic stop. The Feds have yet to establish how this mastermind and photoshopped "gang member" would have accomplished this, but they have egg on their face for screwing up the deportation and are trying to cover their asses.
