At what age would you like to be able to retire?

Actually this has been something that has been on my mind a lot lately. I've always done things a little bit differently then most cats out there. And with the growth of the market over the past few years. I'm now making more than I do at my job. So theoretically speaking I could retire (at least according to Dave Ramsey's 8% withdrawal recommendation). But retiring just yet feels irresponsible. Financial experts say withdrawal should be 3 or 4% the first year of retirement and the adjustment for inflation each year. So if that be the case at current compounding I'm shooting for about 61. But that means handling Healthcare through the ACA till I hit 65 and can get Medicare. So even if that's an option I might just wait till 65.

It's just nice to have options.

I'm almost retired now and I'm 40. I do a minimal amount of management work, but it doesn't feel like I'm working.
