Trending & News A plan is one thing, change is another & in the future things can change & the age in which I can retire can change as well. As for me I want to make sure my ducks are all in a row & my donkeys are all roaming a nice grassy field.
As of right now on paper & can retire at the age of 54 however if a winning lottery ticket happens to come my way my plan would be to retire earlier.
Would love to be 60, but realistically 65 or 67 (when state pension will be paid)
No clue. It depends on so many things. At my age, I have no idea.
Plan? We are all going to be working until we drop.
With an aging population and everyone doing the same your pension will be worthless
I haven't set a fixed retirement age. My focus is on enjoying what I do while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As long as I have the passion and ability to contribute and make a difference in education and career guidance, I'll continue to work. Retirement, to me, is not about an age but about the right time when I feel fulfilled and ready to explore other passions or relax more. It's essential to listen to yourself and your circumstances when considering retirement.

I plan to work as long as I am physically and mentally able to. Granted, my generation might not have a choice one way or the other, but I'm already planning on it. I like to work anyway.
I will change the nature of my job, for sure, but I don't have any plans to retire. I will be useful as long as I can.
I somewhat did last year that it doesn't feel like it. And I don't think I could ever retire retire , because I just don't like standing still
Depends on price of Silver. 62 I will be semi retired and hope to be fully retired by 66. Depends on Silver Price , if Social Security is still there post Trump, and my health and if I can provide my service business.
I am semi retired now. I do not plan on stopping working completely for a while. maybe never.
I can't imagine life without working. I enjoy it too much.
As of 1/9/26, 67. I read on 11/18/25 that the new retirement age 4 peopl born in 1960 n latr in the yr. 2026 is 67.
What is this "retiring" that you speak of? Seriously, I enjoy my work and I do not need to be bored.
Lol retirement is basically a myth now face it we are all going to be working till we die
I plan on working as long as I am able to.
