not always, I think it's either corruption or lack of training. something got messed up in the development process. sometimes it's identification of abilities aligned to good paying work.

Today, it is really complicated to figure out what you want to do... there's so many directions and confusing/confounding. it's a global market place, so things can change fast.

I have seen corrupt people... e. g. don't think they should work... which I suspect is developmental/trauma/training issues earlier in life. they need therapy or will learn by the old school way... suffering.

I suspect a lot of issues are emotional. But there are people whom are screwed due to prior emotional issues/mistakes... like they get a felony and if there's no family support. after that, they are really in a bind and will suffer.

Yep. CONservatives sure are a bunch of bucks. That's why they're so lazy and most of them on welfare. Yet they vote against welfare. Go figure. CONservatives are incapable of anything intelligent or doing anything that makes sense.

Hmm I definitely wouldn't call someone a bum simply because they aren't working. There are plenty of reasons why someone might be unemployed and I don't think we should stigmatize people based on their circumstances. For example maybe they are unable to work due to disability or they are actively looking for work but haven't found anything yet. I think we need to show more empathy and understanding towards others rather than jumping to conclusions based on limited information.

A good chunk, a majority, of the unemployed are people who want a job or just got some bad luck. That doesn’t make them bums

@fivebyfour I've run into a NUMBER of those people!! Or, at one job, we HAD no work for a little while so, they just had to sit around and do nothing until work came in and THEN they'd complain about not being paid enough to do this really simple job my dog could do!!
