Nah. Her words weren’t explicit enough to suggest that she intended for her partner to hit the agent. There’s even room for argument that Good didn’t intentionally hit the agent. Still she DID make a series of lousy decisions that led directly to that confrontation and she DID in fact hit him. The consequences as they stand are adequate. Nothing more is necessary or even beneficial.
