I did not see the medical report so I really do not know how serious thje ICE Agent was injured. However, there should be zero tolerance for any kind of attack on Federal Agents.

See of they called it hematoma that would be concerning. But they said internal bleeding which includes bruises. With the ice guy going to hospital and leaving the same day it's more likely a small bruise also called a boo boo.
