Navarro's prediction and theories are seen as less accurate in long run by people who studied geopolitics, but Navarro is just Trumps ideological adviser. Bannon is worse, because he advises Trump in intern US politics. I'm pretty sure turning ICE in GeStPo to suppress their own people is his idea.
