The reason it seems more "in your face" now is because there are leftists actively and blatantly interfering in ICE operations. That didn't happen during the Obama administration. Also, ICE operations wouldn't be a necessary need right now if it wasn't for Basement Biden and Word Salad Harris opening the borders and allowing unfettered access to the United States for millions of illegal immigrants.
