Eric German-Pena is a citizen of the Dominican Republic. He is in the country illegally.

Okay fellow GaGGers. The moral of this story is that everybody knew who Alex Pretti was before the body got cold and the death of Louie Mavros made barely a mention in the news and when the immigration status of his killer was known the story disappeared completely.

Why? Thanks for the today's easiest question. While you are hoping for rage bait with yet another of your attempts at an irrelevant "gotcha" moment, here's why.

1) A year ago was the week after Mango Molester Mussolini took office for the election Musk stole for him ( Hey, don't y'all love when I sound like a Fox News guy spreading the daily manure? ). The media was very busy covering the disastrous cabinet appointments and hearings for weeks. The fear mongering and hate hadn't been ramped up just yet.

2) It wasn't national news because it's not newsworthy. That murder was just one of the 46 murders that take place every day in the US, about one every 32 minutes. It's also no more newsworthy than specifying it this way:

* Today in the US, 46 murders were committed. 44 were by US nationals ( citizens ), one was by an undocumented person from ______, and the other was by a person of unknown nationality.

* Of the 44 murders committed by US nationals, 31 of them (approx 70%), were committed by Conservative, right-wing leaning persons identifying as ______, 8 claimed no affiliation, 2 claimed liberal affiliation, and 3 refused to answer.

Neither is it broken down into race, color or religion. It's just another day in the USA, where murders take place due to gun violence.

We know how much you love to point out the single cases here or there when undocumented persons murder US citizens, just like you love to omit how the other 99% of murders are committed by US citizens against US citizens and all others. You also LOVE to omit and deny how 68% of the mass killings by adult males in the USA have been by men who identify right-wing.

So no, I didn't know who he was, but I DO know two people killed in the last month by domestic terrorists with "badges" and no training.

The million dollar question is whether the ICE agent had the right to shoot at her or not?

Recently CNN reported about a murderer, and the reporter said he doesn't know who it is but it's obvious he's white.
