American people blame Trump for bombing Iran in the first place on behalf of Israel

US goes Anti Israel and Jewish people in US fear for their lives

Iran is not going to sink an aircraft carrier. That would be almost impossible and highly improbable because the US will not send an aircraft carrier within 200 miles of Iran. Therefore, I would not want to.

Instead of being passive and reacting to an attack by Israel, Iran should be proactive and plan a surprise attack on Israel.

Not so easy to sink. The US Navy tried to sink the USS America after its decommissioning in a live fire exercise. After 4 weeks they gave up and they had to get internal explosives to do the job.
