Well... That's just an outright rebellion against the federal US authority... Being Polish and knowing how actually rightful attempts to oppose the regime were dealt with to the East of Polish borders in the past, I could see a solution in literally blockading the whole state. No food would be allowed enter the state, not even from Canada. This could lead to mass starvation and death, though. I hope ICE can do its job in Minnesota through non-extreme means.

To answer Your question, I don't think they would care. They would scream about human rights violations or whatever, similar to what they are doing for the domestic terrorists supporting the riots, but they would not genuinely care (just as they do not care about those rioters). All those people are just pawns for them, pawns they intend to use to reclaim power in the USA.
