For reference, title of Fox News article is "Trump deletes 'racist' post after wave of Republican backlash, White House says he didn't know" and subtitle or description immediately below it is "Scott calls on Trump to take down 'racist' post of the Obamas depicted as monkeys".
Even if one of his staffers did it, shouldn't he still apologize, in behalf of his administration? Former Republican president (s) have apologized for incidents that they did not do directly.
