I like stout, but I try to avoid Guinness because it symbolises white men's oppression of black people. Think about it, you have the black mass at the bottom with thin layer of white at the top. Despite lacking substance, the white minority floats effortlessly to the top, and no matter how hard the black tries, it will always be under the white. Now, tell me that's not racism in a glass?

If you have Netflix there’s a new show that came out late last year called “The House of Guinness” It’s a drama that’s set in Ireland in the 1800’s and revolves around the Guinness family and how they run their empire. It’s excellent in terms of production seeing how it was made by the creators of Peaky Blinders
You can watch it if you have time and you’ll see how little race has to do with anything at all

That's not why I'm pissed at Guinness. Guinness misrepresents their product. With that color and head on their beer, I was expecting a rich bold flavor heavy on the hops and barely drinkable. Instead what I got was mildly sweet, smooth, and dessert-ish. The chocolate cake of beers. Yuck.
OK Poppy, you're kidding, but what about all the other kinds of beer all over the world? Yellow, brown, amber, gold, nearly white, you name the colour: all racists, because of white layer... By the way, did you know that in Congo beer is brewed? For instance Simba and Tembo produced in Lubumbashi. Black people there seem not to have problems concerning the colour and the foam ;0)

Not true. Arthur Guinness developed a taste for stout in London and based his Guinness on a pint of Gwin Du in Llanfairfechan on his way to Dublin. Stout was widely popular long before the Guinness brand
