Yeah it's bad. How did ya just figure this one out lolz. I deal with all sorts of folks at my job and I'll tell you one thing is that the diversity does not mean you deal with bad people. They are just different from you. It's a good thing to find common place with other races. I have never had any issues other than the drunk ass that was overserved. That's got zero to do with ethnicity but bad bartenders not keeping an eye on their patrons and bad choices by the customers.

but it should depend how applied the idea. for example "diversity quota" is itself "preferred someone based on race" so just as bad and should be annulled. only merit based.

Yes, I'm not racist because I have biracial cousins. I would someday choose a great Lady who was biracial or full race, no problem for me.
