House Bill 570 allows for the death penalty to be imposed on women who have abortions, as well as charging women “involved in the homicide of her own unborn child” with homicide.
The legislation would allow prosecutors to charge women who obtain abortions with fetal homicide. This crime is punishable by life imprisonment, life without parole, and in some cases, the death penalty.

None of this is, or has EVER been, about the "rights of the unborn" or "is it murder?" Abortion became an issue when a group of political strategists decided it would be the easiest rage bait available to mobilize support for people they wanted in office, and laws they wanted changed. Excellent strategy choice because it becomes all about what you believe is morally right versus ANYTHING someone else believes.
Religious fanatics try to cite Biblical passages supporting their position, but the problem is, there aren't any. In fact, the oldest Hebrew doctrines stated that life began at first breath, not conception. Even the Catholic Church accepted abortion up until the time of "the quickening", which was NOT a heartbeat, but rather when they believe the fetus became ensouled, around 12-16 weeks.
It sounds powerfully moral to scream "you're killing babies" and that elective abortions are 90% of all abortions. But the other side of that coin is the people screaming that the loudest are the ones who don't give a flying FUCK about that fetus once it's born, unless you can fully afford it on your own. News flash; about 1 in 50 families can afford the hospital bills alone from births, let alone what is coming.

As for sanctions against the state of Tennessee, that's a waste of time. Even if you could, the people it hurts first are the populace as a whole. Even those are who are vehemently against the bill will suffer economically from sanctions or boycotts. They're not the ones who need to suffer -- they're going to finding out about their fuck around soon enough.
One last time - this has never been about murder, or protecting the unborn. It's always been about power and control, especially over women, but power in general.

economic sanctions, if that is really an avenue the fed could theoretically lose, will not happen and would be illegal since they have the right, thanks to the SCOTUS decision, to handle the legality of abortion, and penalize perpetrators as they see fit.

In the first place, I don't know the law, but that will not happen. If it is a death penalty for the women, it is also a death penalty for the doctor. Therefore, no doctor in Tennessee would perform an abortion. That forces the women to go out of state and secretly have an abortion.
In the second place, Tennessee has two million women capable of giving birth, even if, in my wildest imagination a hundred die, that is not going to make a dent. If a hundred people die, that is a hundred time better than the federal government eliminating state rights.
In the third place, the only women that are going to die are women that flaunt their abortion to Tennessee. If they are that stupid, I don't care if they die.
First of all it’s not a law yet, it’s a bill before the house. The legal framework clearly states that women who obtain an abortion can be executed, there are no exception’s for women who travel out of state. That means if a woman goes to the doctor, has a confirmed pregnancy, travels out of state, and later comes back not pregnant, she would face execution.
In People v. Brown 69 Cal. App. 2d 602, a California appellate court stated clearly what had been understood implicitly from common law, namely that a U. S. State has criminal jurisdiction only over its own territory when the crime itself is committed within that jurisdiction. Since the territory of another state does not fall within the criminal jurisdiction of the first state, the first state could not prosecute crimes where the criminal act was committed in another state.
This isn’t nearly as radical as you think. The Protection of Unborn Children Act was passed as a matter of uniformity because EVERY SINGLE STATE in the US had already prosecuted people for killing unborn babies in a variety of ways. For example, if you caused a traffic accident that caused a pregnant woman to miscarry, you could be charged with manslaughter. If you fought with a pregnant woman and her unborn child died as a result, you could be charged with homicide. The kinds of protections dummies like you want makes a special class of citizens who can legally murder infants when anyone else would be charged with a crime, even if the circumstances were entirely accidental. Either unborn babies are people deserving of protection ALWAYS, or they’re not people deserving of protection ALWAYS. You can’t have it both ways. There are some rights everyone should have. There are some rights nobody should have. But there should NEVER be rights that only some people have. Grow up.
As much as I think elective abortion is morally detestable, it is WAY too early to be implementing a policy like this.
Stuff like that is for cultures that already despise rampant abortion for purely selfish reasons. However, we are the "shout your abortion" culture now. A massive portion of women believe that there is nothing shameful about killing your child because they are an inconvenience to you. There will be a ton of backlash and possibly riots.

We've been doing that, especially the third one but their definition of "doing something about poverty" is just giving people "free" shit and creating a parasite class.

I would consider that unconstitutional and, furthermore, I suspect de facto unenforceable because I believe it is plausible that a woman could terminate her pregnancy in a way that that would result in a dead fetus but appear accidental. Indeed, the statute would like give rise to an industry for a new form of illegal abortion acts.
They could attempt that, but it's meaningless because very fews products that are not foodstuffs - especially one that is exported - come completely from any single state.
