the bigger reality is that viewership of Trump's SOTU have hit an all time low (down 13 million viewers from his first SOTU and even down more than 2 million from last years address). the vast majority, 72% / nearly 3/4 of the viewers were 55 and older... generally not a good sign from a ratings perspective
