Think on this project Manhattan ran between 1942-45 using 1940s technology and knowledge to figure out how to build two atomic bombs. That was 84 years ago, the knowledge, material and technology exists so that virtually any country could very easily build nukes and ICBMs. there's more calculating power in my phone than was available for the Manhattan project
