She kind of got it right in a round about way but isn't too articulate in explaining it. She mentioned things getting more expensive (increase in the average price of goods and services) and she placed blame on the rulers whom are taking the people's money which is what inflation is, an indirect tax through money printing by the federal reserve which leads to the supply of money in the system out pacing the real production of the economy, and due to federal spending at the macro level (at the hands of left wing green new deal faggotry of monetarism from the Chicago school) the velocity of money is increased. Thus when the money supply increases (federal reserve) and the velocity of money accelerates (welfare state federal spending) while real production of goods and services do not keep pace, the price of goods go up due to more currency bidding for access to those stagnant resources.

Thus those who hold cash at the bottom who are saving up for stuff are robbed as their currency is depreciated and they have less purchasing power... As a result their labor to obtain that cash is stolen from them, by the money printers that pull the levers. In other words slavery.
