Iran has attacked the UK via Cyprus. Does this mean Iraq has declared war on NATO?

Yes. Iran has done this many times. Theyve been at war with the West for decades we just haven't acknowledged it.

Technically, maybe so. After all, they attacked a NATO member, and that suggests that all of the nations of NATO would need to respond. However, if Iran attacks the United States, it too is a NATO nation. So again, all of the nations of NATO technically need to respond.

That being said, however, the recent illegal behavior of the United States is so unpopular that it is sort of questionable as to whether or not other nations will respond in any meaningful way.

Yeah they have. Britain has now allowed us to use their bases and all of the Arab countries Iran fired missles at have condemned Iran with Saudi Arabia considering joining the fight. Trump has united the Middle East. Turns out all other Arab nations thought the radicals running Iran were nuts too

No. Cyprus is not in NATO and the army out of NATO countrys, including the NATO members one are not under the treaty protection.
