China hasn't fought in a declared war since 1979. They're shit disturbers for sure but they aren't going to attack via the military. They're more subtle and are only interested in acquiring Taiwan and aren't interested in expensive wars. They only have 1 overseas base. The US has over 300 just in Asia. China wants the US to bankrupt itself through military spending like what happened to the USSR with no shots fired.
