Trending & News As far as I remember it was Iraq. Iran and Iraq had previously fought an 8 year war that ended in stalemate, cost millions of lives and destroyed their economies.
Iraq looking to recoup their loses in the iraq-iran war invaded Kuwait for their oil. Arab countries begged for America's protection. The UN organised an American led coalition to throw the Iraqis out of Kuwait.
It would be US intervention in the Gulf War that would lead to 9/11 ten years later. As Osama bin laden wanted to set up a resistance mujahadeen like with Afghanistan to throw the iraqis out of kuwait rather than an infidel army with bases on sacred Muslim lands.
You talk bullshit!
Go inform yourself.
Osama did the 9/11 because
Opposition to U. S. foreign policy, Bin Laden strongly opposed the military presence of the United States in Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries after the Gulf War. He criticized U. S. support for Israel in the conflict with the Palestinian territories. Because he was a terorist and USA presence in Midle East mean less radicalization, more liberalization, peace, compromises, less religion in politic.
Osama tried to provoke a larger conflict his strategy was to pull the U. S. into long wars in Muslim regions, hoping this would radicalize more people.
Extremist ideology!
The group followed a radical jihadist ideology and justified attacks against civilians as part of their struggle.
You girl are talking nonsense. Get your head out of conspiracy theory and read some real history and articles!
@Alexandrubaschet08 what are my conspiracy theories. You basically disagreed with what I said by agreeing with everything I said.
"It would be US intervention in the Gulf War that would lead to 9/11 ten years later."
This statement has nothing to do with September 11, 2001. The USA is not to blame for a mad terrorist killing thousands of people and destroying an American symbol.
@Alexandrubaschet08 "Opposition to U. S. foreign policy, Bin Laden strongly opposed the military presence of the United States in Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries"
Those foreign policies were defending US allied Gulf states from Iraq. US bases.
I did not blame the US for the 9/11 attacks or make a moral argument for or against US intervention in the Gulf War or the destruction of the twin towers. I merely stated the motivations of Osama Bin Laden
Follow the money, kids. Same old question:
Q: Who stands to profit the most from destroying Iran's infrastructure and controlling their primary resources?
A: The United States and Israel, specifically, a few key billionaires in the USA in particular.
Every OTHER reason thrown at you is total bullshit designed to make you feel better about it and your "country". I put that in quotes because you can substitute "corporation" for it.
There, that wasn't so difficult, was it?
Iran has brought this conflict upon itself.
It is a country that has in its constitution written that it must destroy the USA and Israel, it also supports most terrorist groups and it is a dictatorship in which women have no rights.
Any dictatorship on the face of the earth must be eradicated once and for all, REGARDLESS OF THE MEANS!
Precisely that is how they refer to the American empire. western colonialism caused satanic ideas of freedom that led people away from their religion. It financially supports several terrorists gangs.
@strateguy632 Priests who cannot keep their believers close to their religion demonstrate how inept they are in this regard.
Both the Quran and the Bible say that God will judge us for our sins.
Especially in our Bible, it says not to fall into temptation, but not to judge either.
No one can take our faith away.
The crazy ayatollahs want to force the world to do things they don't want to do and things they don't even believe in.
Forced faith is dictatorship!
People have the right, and even God allows them to rebel against him, if that is their wish.

Iran for being a theocratic dictatorship;Trump, for unilaterally attacking Iran and bombing schools of children (nice war crime, Donnie and Benny!!!), the latter as in Netanyahu, whose perpetually besieged nation nevertheless is involved in these crimes against humanity to save Netanyahu's crooked a** from a possible corruption prison sentence.
All three have dirty hands. All three are led by Authoritarian Fascists who love spilling other people's blood.
Only iran used and is using terrorists method so "culprit is a person responsible for a crime" t the only one doing a crime.
Now ask who is the victim. Iran but when someone cries, whoever made them cry is not necessarily did something wrong.
Iran, they have been taking potshots at the US for almost 50 years. Enough is enough.
Iran has killed more Americans than any other country so yeah Iran started it in 1979
Proof? You're saying Iran has killed more Americans than Germany, Japan, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and Korea. Really?
Since 1979 Iran and it's accomplices have killed just over 1000 Americans.

Since conflict began, the US has killed over 1100 Iranian civilians.
