Nah... I've seen similar questions before and I kind of steeled my stance on this. The moment I notice a vaguely feminine silhouette on the ground, I turn around so as not to look in this general direction anymore and call an ambulance. If there is a female passerby nearby, I call out to her to give this unconscious woman CPR, offering to guide her through the process if necessary. I still do not look in the female passerby's general direction, though, neither when calling out to her nor when she's giving the CPR (assuming she does react to a stranger just giving a vague command into the distance in the first place).

There is only one exception to this rule - if the woman is wearing a form declaring consent to being given CPR by men, I would take action and cite the form as the reason I did take action if sued. In the future, once we get down to fixing this issue, a formal form can be replaced by some accessory of a specific design, signifying consent to being given CPR by men, worn in a visible spot.

Absolutely without a doubt. Having the proper training and using it as taught where I come from protects you from such suits and even if it didn't a life is worth more than a court law suit. But I think it is called the Good Samaritan law here if i remember correctly.

No. Even though I have had such training, I would not use it on a woman without her clear consent, because if I did, she might be likely to ruin my life in response.
