If I struggle to unscramble some words, does that mean I have low IQ?

I can unscramble some words but some I have issues with in my head. Does this mean I am low IQ? OR slow?

According to my understanding, that phenomenon has nothing to do with IQ.

I kind of doubt your elsewhere-mentioned ADD being a cause.
Maybe, maybe not.

I experience something like that at times.
For me, I've come to self-diagnose as my being randomly dyslexic.
It's usually not upsetting to me when it occurs.

Though I won't reveal the number here, my IQ tests out to be quite high.
I'm of the opinion, with nothing except my own observations to back it up, that that sort of glitch is often found in people of high intellect.

No. It means you have some mental issue like some people have dyslexia. Simple IQ tests are mostly combination test buts this isn't entire spectrum of intelligence.
You will likely be bad in linguistic part of real IQ test that is more complex than usual graphic choice tests, but maybe you would compensate it with points in other tasks.

Of course not! It means you don't have big vocabulary. You don't know many words or expressions! I am sure you can recognize common or short words.
